Hello everyone, sorry about the delays and missing valentines Day. We’ve been snowed in for quite some time this winter, existing in a virtual “state of emergency” and all that (not exactly the kind of state that I “love” to endure). I was actually walking in snow up to my… well you get the idea! As all of you know, Cassandra is very much like a kitty cat and doesn’t like to get her paws cold.

Such as it is, we are finally starting to thaw out. I can see greenish grass, sprouting flowers and even a Robin or two (that are not frozen to a tree branch). It feel good to start breathing warm air for a change (not that I still don’t enjoy an occasional cold and blue spell).

The snow may have been devastating (and the melting process will probably cause flooding or other chaos), but it did leave me with a crazy nerve racking adventure that I’ll probably post if anyone wants to hear about. It involves a very long walk on a dark highway late at night, two snow plows… I was stranded and… oh yeah, a stranger with a gun! Oh, the chills!!!

Spring is just about to be sprung and so are NEW photos of yours truly, just hanging around as usual!
